Please be sure to note your refund/exchange instructions on your packing slip and return inside your box. Print and tape your UPS prepaid label to the outside of your shipping carton, and hand to a UPS driver or take to a UPS store.
Allow up to 14 business days for your refund/exchange to process. In the case of an exchange, we will provide outbound shipping for your new merchandise. A UPS tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order departs from our Wisconsin facility.
